Welcome to Timberlane Village!
We're so glad you're here.
You've found your way to one of the most beautiful spots in the Washington Cascades. Timberlane Village is a quiet, close-knit mountain community, and we want your stay to be relaxing, safe, and memorable. To help make that happen, we ask that all guests take a few minutes to familiarize yourself with our community guidelines below.
These rules come directly from our community Bylaws and CCRs. Full documents are available on the Homeowners page.
Road & Parking Rules
Getting around Timberlane is easy — just keep these guidelines in mind, especially in winter:
No roadside parking November 15 – April 15. During snow season, all vehicles must be off TLV roadways. Overflow parking is available in designated areas only.
Temporary roadside parking (under 2 hours) is permitted, but must never delay snow plowing operations.
Driveways are the homeowner's responsibility. Your host is responsible for keeping their driveway cleared — feel free to ask them if you have questions.
Observe all posted speed limits within the subdivision.
No unmuffled vehicles — this includes motorcycles, motor bikes, and trail bikes. Keep it quiet for your neighbors.
All vehicles and operators must comply with Washington State traffic laws.
Animals & Pets
Timberlane is a pet-friendly community — with a few ground rules:
Dogs must be on a leash (or otherwise controlled) any time they're outside your lot.
Please be respectful of neighboring properties and prevent your dog from wandering.
Clean up after your pet — always and everywhere in TLV.
Pets should not become a nuisance or disturbance to neighbors or other guests.
All King County animal regulations apply.
General Community Guidelines
Keep noise levels considerate. Loud or disruptive activity is not permitted in the community.
Campfires require prior approval. Open outdoor fires are generally not allowed. If you'd like to have a contained campfire, please contact the King County Fire Department – Skykomish at (360) 677-2686 before lighting up.
No hunting or discharge of firearms is permitted anywhere within Timberlane Village at any time.
