TLV Road Rules
• No parking is permitted on TLV roadways from November 15th through April 15th. Overflow parking is permitted in designated areas only. Temporary roadside parking (under 2 hours) must not delay plowing.
• Owners are responsible for maintaining their own driveways or contracting independently to have their driveways cleared.
• Owners and guests are required to observe posted speed limits.
• Use of non-muffled vehicles, including motorcycles, motor bikes, trail bikes or similar vehicles, is prohibited within TLV subdivision.
• Vehicles used within TLV subdivision and operators thereof must comply with all laws and regulations applicable to vehicles and the operation of vehicles on public highways of the state of Washington.
Animals
• All dogs must be kept on a leash, or specifically controlled, when not confined to your lot. Please prevent your dog from wandering on other peoples property. Please observe and obey all laws applicable to a resident of King County. Dog owners are responsible for immediate removal and disposal of deposits left anywhere in TLV.
• Household pets are not be allowed to become an annoyance or nuisance to the neighborhood.
Miscellaneous
• Loud or offensive activities are not allowed.
• Outside camp fires are generally not allowed. However, please contact King County Fire Department Skykomish (360) 677-2686 if you would like to have a contained camp fire.
• No hunting or discharge of firearms permitted in TLV at any time.
