About Timberlane Village

Established in 1968, Timberlane Village sits in the Cascade Mountains along the South Fork Skykomish River — one of Washington's most scenic and recreation-rich corridors. Our small but vibrant community is home to full and part-time residents alongside a warm welcome for vacation rental guests year-round.

The Timberlane HOA works quietly behind the scenes to keep the community running smoothly — maintaining roads, shared spaces, and our water system — so that residents and guests can focus on what matters most: enjoying this beautiful corner of the Pacific Northwest.

Recent community improvements include the installation of security cameras throughout the neighborhood and a full refurbishment of our water tank.
